FIRST LOOK: A fired fashion worker wearing a suit was shot dead by the NYPD on Friday outside the Empire State Building. Alleged gunman Jeffrey Johnson opened fire Friday morning along 33rd St. between 5th and 6th avenues. He killed his ex-boss and injured nine others amid the morning rush hour side walk traffic.
